The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, a 40" LED TV, internet-based TV, a DVD player, and Wi-Fi. The open kitchen is fully equipped with necessary facilities, including a dishwasher. There is also hot water heating, ensuring a comfortable indoor climate during the winter months.
Enjoy the infinity-type pools overlooking the Mediterranean, one of which is heated. You can relax on the water beds or in one of the various heated Jacuzzis. Stay in shape with various sports courts for paddle tennis, football, or basketball, or work out in the fantastic gym featuring a glass front that offers panoramic sea views.
Experience a wellness session in the Turkish baths or Finnish saunas, or simply soak up the sun from the sun loungers or Bali-style beds. PUNTA PRIMA LOCATION
Punta Prima is a typical Spanish seaside tourist resort located on the southern Costa Blanca, within 30 minutes of two international airports: Murcia and Alicante. The beaches are some of the cleanest in the area and have been awarded blue flag status. Punta Prima enjoys a Mediterranean climate with 320 days of sunshine a year. The beach features a wonderful promenade lined with shops, boutiques, bars, and restaurants.
Punta Prima is situated just a ten-minute drive south of Torrevieja. For those feeling energetic, you can reach Torrevieja on foot, with a mere thirty-minute stroll along the coast, or take advantage of the hourly bus service.
A short walk will take you to a sandy beach, or you can follow the newly built promenade to explore other beaches, making this resort an appealing and desirable spot to enjoy your holiday. Walk just 10 minutes, and you'll have access to a variety of cuisines, including Spanish, Chinese, Italian, Japanese, and Indian.
Punta Prima has a sandy beach, where you can swim, paddle, or simply sunbathe, and on the other side, there are rock pools providing an ideal and safe location for children to look for crabs or fish or just relax in the warm pools.
RESTAURANTS & SHOPS
Punta Prima also features a Commercial Centre with an Eroski supermarket, numerous bars, and restaurants. There are even more dining options on the N332, such as Rogues Carvery, Rogues Fish Bar, Puccini Italian, German, Ghandi Indian, two Chinese restaurants, including Dinastia, and several bars.
THINGS TO DO IN PUNTA PRIMA
There are three golf courses in the area, as well as opportunities for water sports, fishing, and sailing. You can visit the local market on Saturdays at Playa Flamenca to buy fruits, vegetables, shoes, bags, and clothes.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR HOLIDAY HOME
We kindly ask you to read the following information carefully.
What happens after I have booked an accommodation?
You have booked an accommodation through our website. We will send the travel documents to your email address as soon as possible. After our confirmation, your booking is definite.
When do I make the down payment?
The down payment of 30% of the rental price has to be made within 5 days after the invoice date. All payments have to be pay through bank transfer. Your payment statement and the booking confirmation together can be used as the rental contract.
Do I need to pay a damage deposit?
Yes, you will have to pay a deposit of 250 to 300€. This deposit will be refunded to you within 8 days after departure. Possible costs for damage will be deducted from the refunded deposit.
Once you are back home, I would also like to ask you to provide your bank account number so that we can refund the security deposit quickly and efficiently.
How do I arrange the Key handover?
We list all properties on behalf of owners who have appointed a local management team. This team ensures that your holiday accommodation is ready for your arrival and is available to assist you during your stay. If there are any delays in your arrival, please inform the accommodation manager, as they may have multiple appointments at different locations.
To ensure that everything goes smoothly for your upcoming stay, we would like to receive your arrival details as soon as possible.
We kindly request that you provide this information no later than 4 weeks before your arrival date. This will help us make the necessary preparations for your stay.
The accommodation manager is been informed about your booking today. The details of the accommodation manager will be given to you after we receive your mail.
At what time do I need to arrive at my holiday home?
Every day of arrival is also a day of departure. Guests are able to arrive between 16.00 and 23.00 hrs. On the day of departure you have to leave the accommodation before 11.00 hrs. You will find more information in your travel documents.
Key deliveries after 23.00 hours at additional costs 25€, refundable form the deposit. In case you would like to arrive earlier or later, please discuss this with the accommodation manager. It may be an option!
Are bed and bath linen included in the rental price?
Kitchen, bed and bath linen are included in the rental price. We advise our guests to bring a beach towel themselves to use at the swimming pool or at the beach. The same goes for the bedding for baby cots.
Use of electricity
The rental rates include energy costs, except when your consumption exceeds 85 kWh for a 2-bedroom property or 120 kWh for a 3-bedroom property. In these instances, any excess usage will be deducted from your deposit at a rate of 0.35€ per kWh.
The key manager will be available to provide further clarification on -site.
